DMCA & Acceptable Use
Last updated: 1 November 2026
A working draft. Name a real agent and address below before launch, and keep a record of every notice you receive and act on.
StreamLivestic carries your stream; it does not licence your content. Everything you send through us has to be yours to send. This page sets out the rules and how rights holders can reach us.
Acceptable use
You may stream
- Video you made, or had made for you, with the rights to broadcast it.
- Music and footage you own, licensed royalty-free material used within its licence, or public-domain work.
- Content that complies with the rules of the platform you are streaming to, including YouTube's policies on reused and repetitive content.
You may not stream
- Films, TV shows, sports, music videos, songs or any other work you do not hold the rights to — including re-streaming someone else's live channel.
- Sexual content, content involving minors in any sexualised way, or material that exploits or endangers children.
- Graphic violence, gore, or anything that encourages self-harm.
- Hate speech, harassment, or content that incites violence against a person or group.
- Content that is illegal in India or in the country you are streaming from.
- Scams, impersonation, fake giveaways, fake "live" trading or crypto streams, or anything designed to deceive viewers.
- Malware, or any use of our servers for anything other than streaming your own video — no mining, scanning, proxying or attacks.
What we do when the rules are broken
We can pause or stop a stream and suspend or close an account, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe this policy has been broken. Repeat infringers lose their account. We do not refund payments for accounts suspended on these grounds, and we keep the records the law requires us to keep.
We do not monitor the content of every stream. We act on reports, on automated abuse signals, and on notices from platforms and rights holders.
Reporting infringing content
If you own rights in material being streamed through our service without permission, send a notice to copyright@streamlivestic.com. Please include:
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A description of the work you own, with a link or copy if possible.
- The channel URL or stream where the material appears, specific enough for us to locate it.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We aim to review complete notices within 2 working days and remove or disable access to infringing material promptly.
Counter-notice
If your stream was stopped and you believe that was a mistake or that you do hold the rights, write to the same address with your contact details, the material affected, an explanation of why you hold the rights, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts named in our Terms. If the complaint is not pursued, we may restore the stream.

A note on YouTube's own rules
Even content you fully own can run into platform rules on reused, repetitive or low-value content, and those rules are YouTube's to apply. Streaming through us does not protect a channel from strikes or demonetisation, and we cannot appeal on your behalf.
